How do the tours work?

On all our tours, the participants drive the vehicle. The guides travel in another vehicle to help and provide guidance on the route and any assistance they may need.

No, at the moment we do not offer a pick-up and drop-off service. Customers must go to our facilities located at Rua Comandante Camacho de Freitas nº 584 – Freguesia Campanário, Concelho Ribeira Brava, Codigo Postal: 9350-077 Campanário.

We provide safety glasses, insurance, helmet and waterproof overalls if you wish.

Yes, it is possible to shower on our facilities. Our facilities are equipped with changing rooms and showers so that they can shower and change their clothes at the end of the tour if they are wet or dirty.

What if it rains?

If it rains, the tour will take place as normal but with more adrenaline and excitement on our fantastic trails. As a last resort, if the weather is very bad or there is a red alert and we do not have the minimum safety conditions, then the trail will be suspended. We always try to give advance notice. Cancellation implies a change of date free of charge or a change of reservation to a gift voucher to be used freely on another date.
